Club James, Sheats–Goldstein House
Club James
Shot inside Club James — the hidden nightclub of the Sheats–Goldstein House, where Lautner’s concrete dreams meet late-night glamour and Rachel brings her own electricity to the room.
Rachel Pizzolato has that rare kind of presence — soft, electric, and utterly self-possessed. She carries elegance like a current, and the camera never needs to guess what she’s feeling; it just follows.

We shot at Club James, the private nightclub tucked inside the legendary Sheats–Goldstein House — John Lautner’s brutalist masterpiece suspended in the hills of Beverly Hills. It’s a place where architecture behaves like light: sharp lines, endless glass, concrete that glows at sunset. The house has its own gravity, and Rachel met it with her own.

The Club James Spread

Inside the Sheats–Goldstein House, everything is intentional — the angles, the materials, the way the sky slips into the room without asking permission.

The Sheats–Goldstein House is one of Los Angeles’ most iconic architectural landmarks — cinematic, intense, and unapologetically modern. Rachel brought her own narrative to it: calm in the chaos, elegance in the concrete. The shoot felt less like photography and more like documenting a conversation between two masterpieces.
